Balance and Account Activity
View uncleared, processing, available, and usable balances, together with wallet account activity.
Merchants can view their funds held with YabandPay here, including available funds, funds being processed, and uncleared funds.
Merchants can also view detailed wallet account activity, including all incoming and outgoing entries, and make manual withdrawals.
1. Balance Overview
A merchant’s funds held with YabandPay fall into three main categories: available funds, funds being processed, and uncleared funds.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Uncleared balance | Generally the current day’s transaction amount, which has not yet entered the clearing process and will be processed the following day. |
| Processing balance | Transactions have cleared but have not yet settled. The funds will move to the available balance once the settlement conditions are met. |
| Available balance | Funds have cleared and settled to the merchant’s balance. |
| Deposit amount (frozen funds) | Part of the available balance that is temporarily frozen for reasons such as refunds or split payments. |
| Reserve amount (reserved funds) | Part of the available balance reserved by YabandPay for risk control or other purposes, such as a rolling reserve for credit card payments. |
| Usable balance | The balance that can actually be used, equal to the available balance minus the deposit amount and the reserve amount. |
2. Transaction Records
Available Balance
View changes to the available balance, including the transaction time, amount, settlement bank account, and other information.
This section is the account activity record for the merchant’s YabandPay wallet (the Payment Account).
The transaction types are as follows:

|---|---|
| Settlement | Settlement funds from acquiring transactions credited to the merchant’s wallet. |
| Payout | Payment to the merchant’s linked bank account. |
| Topup | Funds added by the merchant to the wallet account, usually to increase the available balance for refunds or other transactions. |
| Expense | Service charges collected by YabandPay from the merchant, such as monthly fees or feature fees. |
| Chargeback | Funds deducted as a result of a transaction dispute. |
| Fee | Fees associated with payment transactions, such as SWIFT transfer fees. |
| Transfer | Transfers of funds between YabandPay accounts. |
| Withdrawal | Funds withdrawn from the merchant’s wallet. |
Processing
View all transaction orders that have cleared but have not yet settled.
Unclear
View all transaction orders that have not yet cleared, usually transactions from the current day.
