Payout Settings (Payouts)
Configure the bank account for settlement payouts, the retained amount, and manual or automatic payout frequency.
On this page, you can configure the bank account for settlement payouts, the minimum retained amount, and the automatic payout frequency.
1. Bank Account
YabandPay will transfer funds eligible for settlement to the designated bank account using the information entered here.
| Field | Description |

| Account Holder | The registered legal name of your company or organization (read-only and cannot be changed). |
| Bank Account Number | A verified IBAN or bank account number. |
2. Minimum Payout Amount
You can set a minimum payout amount, which YabandPay will retain rather than transfer out at settlement:
- The retained amount can be set from €0.00 to €1,000.00.
- For payouts below €100.00, YabandPay charges a fixed fee of €5 per payout.
Tip
We recommend setting an appropriate retained amount to ensure that your account always has funds for day-to-day needs such as refunds and fee deductions.
3. Payout Frequency
You can choose how often funds are transferred to your bank account:

Manual: The merchant must log in to the portal and initiate a withdrawal manually.

Weekly: The system automatically makes a payout every Tuesday.

Monthly: The system automatically makes a payout on the 2nd of each month.

Every 7 Days: The system automatically makes a payout every 7 days on a rolling schedule.
Tip
Changes take effect in the next settlement cycle. We recommend choosing a payout frequency appropriate for your business to help manage cash flow and control costs.
