Abrechnungsberichte

YabandPay stellt Händlern tägliche Transaktionsberichte zur Abstimmung, Verwaltung von Transaktionsaufzeichnungen und Compliance-Archivierung bereit. Das System erstellt für jede Filiale und Zahlungsmethode einen täglichen Abrechnungsdatensatz mit der Transaktionssumme des Tages und den einzelnen Buchungen.

1. Viewing Abrechnungsberichte

1. Melden Sie sich im Händlerportal an und klicken Sie auf „Finanzen“ > „Abrechnungsberichte“.
2. Die Seite zeigt eine Liste aller bisherigen Abrechnungsdatensätze.
3. Doppelklicken Sie auf einen Datumnsatz, um alle darin enthaltenen Transaktionen einzusehen und den vollständigen Bericht herunterzuladen.

Tipp

Due date: the date on which the system expects to transfer the settlement amount for the report (the net value minus VAT), transaction by transaction, to the merchant’s YabandPay wallet account.

2. Report Details and Export

• Details anzeigen: Open the report details page to view each included transaction, including its time, amount, payment method, fees, and other information.
• Exportformate:
  • Exportieren Sie den Bericht als Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv) oder PDF (.pdf).
  • PDF reports include the total transaction amount and total fees and can be archived for reconciliation or used as supporting documentation for bank audits.

3. Filters

Use the search box at the top of the page and the filter menu on the right to find reports by:

• Store
• Bestellwährung (Währung)
• Payment Method
• Settlement Timezone
• Funds status (Status)
