Review, submit and follow up

Use a 12-item self-check and distinguish completed information, submission, approval and service activation.

Twelve checks before submission

This checklist is for reading and self-review only. It does not submit information to YabandPay. Confirm that an inapplicable item is not required before marking it complete.

  • Account and contacts: Correct company entity, email and phone, with an authorised operator.
  • Instructions and declarations: Portal terms and information declarations have been read and truthfully confirmed.
  • Company registration: Entered details and validity dates match the certificate.
  • Address and proof: Addresses correspond and evidence meets the last-3-months requirement.
  • Business and expected transactions: Actual industry, products/services, monthly amount and count are recorded.
  • Channels and stores: Online, Offline or Both is accurate; address and customer-service details are complete.
  • Store photographs or applicable substitutes: Content, count and size meet the requirements; exceptions have been confirmed.
  • People and ownership: UBOs, directors, representatives and corporate shareholders are distinguished.
  • Identity documents and PEP: Each document belongs to the correct person; dates, residence and PEP details are accurate.
  • UBO declaration: The confirmed template is completed, signed as required and uploaded.
  • Other portal sections: Additional information, Holding companies, Bank account and other applicable sections are reviewed.
  • Upload and save results: Files are correct, required-field errors are resolved and every section has been saved as instructed.

After the review

  1. Review all sections: Sidebar ticks or completion indicators help but do not replace checking documents and system messages.
  2. Submit using the live portal: The source does not show the final overall-submission page, so this guide does not invent a button name or entry point.
  3. Record the result: Keep the submission time, on-screen confirmation and application reference if supplied. Follow updates through channels specified by the portal or onboarding team.
  4. Respond to requests for more information: Identify each field or file to correct, then save/submit again as required. Editing a local file alone does not complete the response.
  5. Confirm activation: Rely on an explicit portal status or formal onboarding-team notice. The source gives no review duration, approval conditions or promise of payment-service activation.

Information completion, application submission, review approval and service activation are different stages. Ticks in every section do not establish successful onboarding.
