04 Address and business information
Distinguish registered and operating addresses, then provide address evidence, industry and expected transaction volumes.
Addresses and proof of address

Other address, enter the actual operating address and confirm the relevant proof requirements.
Provide an administrative bill (such as a utility or phone bill), bank statement or government letter issued within the last 3 months. Supported formats are PNG / JPEG / JPG / PDF, ≤5MB.
Check that the entity name, full address and issue date are legible. The document must support the address concerned. Explain differences in names or addresses and confirm additional evidence with the onboarding team. Assess age using the document's actual date, not its download date or filename.
