Guide sources and items to confirm
Understand the source scope, screenshot purpose and requirements that need confirmation from the onboarding team.
Source scope
This guide is adapted from the YabandPay merchant onboarding and document-submission guide. The source is marked 16 September 2026 · v1.2 and is based on the original four-page YabandPay merchant KYC application-material process document. It preserves eight steps and adds field explanations, preparation advice, self-review and follow-up guidance.
| Original page | Contents shown |
|---|---|
| Page 1 | Account registration and information-completion instructions |
| Page 2 | Registration certificate, proof of address and business information |
| Page 3 | Sales channels, store photographs and beneficial owners |
| Page 4 | Personal information, director identity documents and the UBO declaration heading |
Seven source screenshots are used in steps 01–07. Step 08 reuses step 06's image only to locate the UBO declaration menu entry; it is not the declaration form. Screenshots and reading aids do not represent the live portal. Do not copy example data. English prose is translated from the Chinese guide; screenshots retain their source interface language.

Reading versus completing an application
This is a guidance document. It does not connect to the onboarding portal or collect or upload merchant information. Complete actual entry, saving, submission and status confirmation in the real portal according to its current instructions. Self-review is not submission or approval.
