View payments


1. View payments

All payment attempts of your customers, including failed transactions can be viewed in Transactions > Payments.

For each payment, you can see the following information:

  • Date: The date of the payment created
  • Order amount: Sales price
  • Status: The current status of the payment.
    • a. Processing: Waiting for customers to pay.
    • b. Paid: Payment successful.
    • c. Cancelled: Payment cancelled.
    • d. Expired: Payment was not accepted within the allocated time.
  • Payment methods: The payment method used to process this payment.
  • Order ID/Description.
  • Store/Cashier: The Store/ Cashier used to initiate this payment

Double-click the payment, you will see more details of the payment including transaction flow, the steps a transaction has gone through.

You can use the search box left to filter payments by Date, Currency, Status, Payment method, ID, Amount, and Description.

This tablet can be downloaded by clicking the download button in the right upper corner.

All successful transactions can be viewed by adding a filter or in Finance > Overview. The transaction costs are not shown in Transactions but in Finance.

2. Payment notifications

It is possible to receive a payment notification each payment that is successfully completed.

  • Go to Settings > Notification
  • Enter the email address you would like to get the notifications. Multiple email addresses are also possible.
