User roles
YabandPay has following 3 account roles.
1. Administrator
With YabandPay, you have a single merchant account with a unique Merchant ID, which is short for MID. The account can be accessed by the administrator’s email address which was used when registered YabandPay account.
Administrator has the full authority to manage yours merchant account.
2. Operator
Administrator can add several Operators to manage the merchant account together.
You can add operator:
- Click on Settings > User management
- Add a member
The Operator also has the full authority to manage the merchant account except by adding new operators.
3. Store and Cashier
Store
One merchant can have more than one sales location or webshops, i.e. Stores. Each store can have its customized payment methods based on its payment scenarios. If you want to add a new store, please contact us. Administrator and Operators can manage stores by:
- Click on Settings > Stores
- Click on Basic information to view the store information
- Click on Payment methods to manage the payment methods and view the rate
Cashier
Each store must have no less than one checkout desk, i.e., Cashier. Cashier accounts can be managed or added by Administrator and Operators by
- Click on Settings > Stores
- Click on existed cashier account or add a new cashier account
Cashier account can be used to login in YabandPay portal or YabandPay App with limited authority. It can generate, view, and manage the transactions under its own account.
