Account management


1. Account profile

You can manage and modify your own account profile by clicking your name in the left upper corner or account settings in the right upper corner.

2. Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication helps to keep your account safe by preventing unauthorized users from logging in, even if they have managed to obtain your username and password.

With two-factor authentication enabled, you must complete your login to YabandPay portal by entering an authentication code from your mobile device or email. An authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, generates the code on your mobile device.

Enable two-factor authentication

  • Click your name in the left upper corner > Security
  • Chose the method you prefer or both and click ON
  • Input your password
  • Configure an authentication App (only for method Authenticator app)

Disable two-factor authentication

  • Click your name in the left upper corner > Security
  • Chose the method you prefer or both and click OFF
  • Input your password

Lost the two factor authentication

If you have lost your smartphone and you are unable to login using two-factor authentication, please contact us.

3. Forgot password

You can reset your YabandPay password if you forgot it.

Reset your password:

  • Click on Forgot your password? (https://app.yabandpay.com/forgot-password) in the login page
  • Enter your email address of your YabandPay account and click send email.
  • A message with a link to reset your password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
  • Click on the link in the email message and enter a new password.

4. Blocked account

YabandPay can temporarily or permanently block your account. If you have questions about the blocked account, please contact us.
