Complete the profile


According to the related laws and regulations, YabandPay is legally obliged to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD). Please complete the profile including Organization, Stakeholders and Bank details.

When you complete the profile, you will need to upload digital copies of:

1. Company registration document

  • An extract from the chamber of commerce or Articles of incorporation.
  • Be issued within 3 months.
  • Be in the type of png/jpeg/jpg/pdf and with a maximum size of 2 MB.

2. Company proof of address

  • Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence.
  • Be issued within 3 months.
  • Be in the type of png/jpeg/jpg/pdf and with a maximum size of 2 MB.

3. Proof of identity

The UBOs, legal representatives and shareholders who have 25% or more of the shares, must provide proof of identity. The proof can be,

  • Passport: Make a copy of the data page, with your picture, details, and machine-readable zone clearly visible.
  • Identity card (EEA): Make a copy of both the front and back.

The document must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a full color, cropped, and straightened image.
  • Be a photo or a scan of the physical photo ID document.
  • Be in the type of png/jpeg/jpg/pdf and with a maximum size of 2 MB.

5. UBOs proof of address

  • Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence.
  • Be issued within 3 months.
  • Be in the type of png/jpeg/jpg/pdf and with a maximum size of 2 MB.

6. Holding organization registration document (optional)

  • An extract from the chamber of commerce or Articles of incorporation.
  • Be issued within 3 months.
  • Be in the type of png/jpeg/jpg/pdf and with a maximum size of 2 MB.

7. Bank statement

The bank statement must show:

  • The account holder name.
  • The account number or IBAN.
  • The date of issuance, which must be less than 3 months.
  • An indicator that the document was issued by a bank, such as the bank name, a bank logo or a bank-specific font

After your account has been pending, our Business development team may contact you if we have concerns about business and our Operator team may contact you if we have concerns about the documentation.
